Returns information

Introduction

We want you to be completely satisfied every time you shop with us, so we've tried to make our returns policy as simple as possible. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase you have 10 days from your receipt of the item to return it to us.

Rules of returns

When you return an item we ask that it is still in the original packaging and is not worn, washed, damaged or had the tags removed. Any item which fails to meet this quota may not be returned.

Returns form

We request that you forward a note with your return advising us of the reason of your return and place it in the parcel coming back to us. All items should be returned to:

Please Note: You are responsible for the goods until they are returned safely to Angela Pumo, therefore, we recommend that you send the goods by Special Delivery or some other form of insured postage.

Refunds

When goods are returned for refund we will refund the full amount of your order minus our postage costs.

Exchanges

When goods are returned for exchange we will send out the replacements item(s) free of charge.

Returning faulty goods

If your goods are faulty please follow the returns procedure above and we will supply replacement goods or a full refund of the purchase price including the original delivery charge. We will also refund the cost of returning the faulty item (please include a copy of your postage receipt as statement of the return cost).

‘Faulty’ means that the item has a manufacturing fault or hidden defect, which was present at the time of delivery. An item is not faulty if it has become damaged or faulty because of wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage. Please note that we checks the quality of all goods prior to dispatch.
